Project: Mitzvah Plates
Goal: Plates remind kids of different ways to do mitzvot
Discussed in class: High fives, hand shakes, hugs, kisses are ways of doing mitzvot.
Everyone did an exceptional job :) The highlight of the activity was making the lip print and the activity as a whole went really well. There were lots of lovely, unique designs and I saw the kids using their imagination to create beautiful art. The kids did a great job listening to directions and had positive attitudes. I was very proud of the way they behaved. They did a phenomenal job :)
I loved Miriam and Henry's plates! They were both so proud of them!
